Help - Outlook Express (Windows)

  1. Open Outlook Express by double-clicking on the Outlook Express icon on your desktop. (Also found under the START menu, under PROGRAMS.) Once Outlook Express has opened and initialized, begin by clicking on the TOOLS menu and selecting ACCOUNTS.



  2. After the account window opens, the Accounts will be listed in the window with a choice for PROPERTIES on the right side of the new window. Highlight the account and then select PROPERTIES.



  3. Next the Account Properties window will open with the Account Settings. To begin, Select the GENERAL tab. Here we will verify that the Account Name, Email Address, and Name are correct.



  4. Select the SERVERS tab and we will input the new settings for the eBlockade service. The Incoming mail (POP3) server should read pop.eblockade.com and the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server should read smtp.infoage.us. Next, enter your username and password that you were given when you signed up with eBlockade. Check Remember Password below in order to save your password. Click Apply and then OK to save your changes.
