Help - Microsoft Office - Outlook (Windows)

  1. Open Outlook by double-clicking on the Outlook icon on your desktop. (Also found under the START menu, under PROGRAMS under MICROSFOT OFFICE.) Once Outlook has opened and initialized, begin by clicking on the TOOLS menu and selecting EMAIL ACCOUNTS (OR SERVICES depending on version).



  2. Once the Email Accounts window opens you will have the choice to either Add a New Account or View/Change Existing Accounts. Select View/Change and Click NEXT



  3. Next you will select which Account you want to change. To do this, highlight the account and click CHANGE on the right.



  4. Here we will input the new settings for the eBlockade service. The Incoming mail (POP3) server should read pop.eblockade.com and the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server should read smtp.infoage.us. Next, enter your username and password that you were given when you signed up with eBlockade. Check Remember Password below in order to save your password. Click Apply and then OK to save your changes.
